Punjab singer Sidhu Moose Wala was hit with 19 bullets on his body, and as per the post-mortem report, he is likely to have died within 15 minutes of being shot. The bullet hit his kidney, liver, lungs and spine. The autopsy report stated that the cause of death was “hemorrhagic shock due to a prenatal gunshot wound sufficient to cause death in a normal, natural process.”
Performed by five doctors, a video-recorded autopsy said the most critically injured was on the right side of Moosewar’s body. The report noted that X-rays of the whole body were also done to trace the projectile. The autopsy report revealed that Moosewala’s red T-shirt and pyjamas had blood stains and multiple holes that matched the injury.
Sidhu Moose Wala, known as Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, was shot dead on Sunday after unidentified armed groups pulled down a guard in Punjab’s Mansa district.
Singer, who had also contested the Punjab elections on a Congress ticket earlier this year, was traveling in his Mahindra Thar SUV to meet his aunt in Barnala village when he was caught by around eight to 10 men with an automatic assault rifle. was shot from Bullets found at the killing site in Punjab’s Mansa district indicate that an AN-94 Russian assault rifle was also used in the attack.
A suspect detained in Uttarakhand has been the first to be arrested in this case. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has ordered a probe into why the security of the popular rapper-singer has been cut. He was on the list of 424 people whose security was withdrawn by the Punjab Police a few days back. Today, the state government announced that it is restoring the security of these 424 VVIPs.
Canadian gangster Goldie Brar has claimed responsibility for the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala on Facebook. Goldie Brar, a close aide of gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi, was taken out of Tihar Jail on Tuesday for questioning.
