Vishanti Coutoncar was born in Goa, India. As a State player in baseball/ softball, she played for goa state for 9 Years. For the past 15 years in UAE, she has been a business entrepreneur in HR consultancy. Life and career coach, also NLP coach, was the first person from Goa to receive the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke International Icon award on 27th July 2022 in the category of a social activist for acting as ‘guardian’ for Indians in need and for supporting those who are vulnerable.
The award ceremony was held at Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai. Vishanti- an enthusiastic and self-driven social activist- helps needy people and facilitates counsellor-related work whenever needed.

Previously in 2020, Vishanti was awarded by the Indian Government a ‘Certificate of Appreciation ‘from the Consulate General of India (Dubai) in recognition of her humanitarian work of assisting the Government of India’s ‘Vande Bharat Mission’ to repatriate Indians and also coordinating with charter flights in the pandemic times.
Also, in 2021, the World Book of Records, London, awarded her the ‘Certificate of Commitment’ for her humanitarian service to validate her dedication and pledge to serve society with honesty and sincerity for reducing human suffering. Supporting needy people in UAE.
